Important information

  • If you would like to print the application for and fax to us click here.
  • Classes with less than 20 registered students no less than 7 days prior to the course dates will be cancelled, and you will be contacted by phone, and offered another date.
  • Classes are full when 25 registrations are received
  • You are not considered registered unless payment has been received and you have received the class confirmation.
  • Confirmation letters are typically e-mailed, faxed and mailed to the address provided by each registered student, however unsent, misplaced or unreceived confirmations are not valid reasons for refunds or a fee waiver to transfer to another class. If you have not received your confirmation, call our registration number well in advance to confirm you are still registered in the class.
  • Cancellations, a full refund minus an administrative withdrawal fee of $50 will be provided if written notification is given 3 working days prior to the course.
  • No refund is provided if the registered salesperson fails to cancel in advance or fails to attend the course. Full payment will be required to attend an alternative course date.
  • Transfers will be accepted up until 2 working days prior to the course at no fee. You also need to call back and confirm that you have been moved if you have not received an updated class confirmation.
  • Dealership/Business: If the business has paid for the Fair Trading Act & Regulations training fees it is up to the business to collect the fees, should the salesperson leave their employment;  NOT AMVIC (see cancelation section)  All refunds will be sent to salesperson at their address on file.
