Important information

  • Classes with less than 20 registered students no less than 7 days prior to the course dates will be cancelled, and you will be contacted by phone, and offered another date.

  • Classes are full when 25 registrations are received

  • You are not considered registered unless payment has been received.

  • Confirmation letters are typically mailed to the address provided by each registered student, however unsent, misplaced or unreceived confirmations are not valid reasons for refunds or a fee waiver to transfer to another class. If you have not received your confirmation, call our registration number well in advance to confirm you are still registered in the class.

  • Cancellations and transfers to a different class will not be accepted after 5 business days prior to the course start date. No-shows, or late cancellations will require payment of the full fee to attend another class.

  • Dealership/Business Note: If the business is paying for the salesperson course 100 fees it is up to the business to collect the fees, should the salesperson should leave their employment or be terminated. All refunds will be sent to salesperson at their address, if 7 days notification was given to AMVIC Education department.
