 Submitting this form constitutes an agreement between the Name holder and Western Canada Internet to host a domain  for the term of the agreement (1year). All domain rates are based on a one year contract  and are subject to the policy & terms located at http://www.westerncanada.com/policy.htm  The amount indicated above will be billed directly to your Card by Western Canada Internet If my card is declined during the term of the contract, a additional $15.00  processing fee will be applied. If the credit does not clear within 10 working days  and no alternative methods of payment have been made, the  domain hosting and email will be disabled. If the domain has been disabled there will be an additional re-activation fee charged of $25.00
